Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return a product, without having to give any reason.
Procedure
To make a return, contact us at neyria.boutique@gmail.com stating your order number. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Condition of returned product
The product must be returned new, unused, in its original packaging with all accessories.
Return costs
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless we are at fault (defective product, shipping error).
Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used when placing the order.
Defective products
In case of a defective or non-compliant product, contact us at neyria.boutique@gmail.com with supporting photos or video, as soon as possible after receipt. After verification, a replacement or a full refund (including justified return costs) will be offered to you, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity.
Order not received
If your order has not arrived beyond the announced indicative deadline, contact us at neyria.boutique@gmail.com before initiating a withdrawal procedure or a bank dispute: a follow-up will be carried out with the carrier and a solution (reshipment or refund) will be offered to you free of charge if the loss is confirmed. An early refund while the package is still in transit within the announced deadline cannot be guaranteed.
Exclusion of refund
A product returned incomplete, damaged by misuse, or returned after the expiration of the legal withdrawal period of 14 days, cannot be refunded, except for the application of the legal guarantee of conformity or hidden defects (see General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Article 7).
